SYARAT AM
SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted;
AND
STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am
AND
MUET at least Band 1
SYARAT KHAS
SPM at least Grade C in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics
AND
SPM at least a Pass in any 1 of the following subjects:
AND
At least represented State in Sports and Games
AND
Do not have color blind and do not have physical disabilities
AND
Pass MEdSI Test
AND
Pass the special test provided by UPSI
AND
MUET at least Band 2
