Obtained a diploma in Engineering/ Engineering Technology or equivalent for public/private institution/polytechnique with minimum PNGK of 2.50 Or Obtained a Diploma in Vocational and Technical (DKM/DKLM/DVM)/ qualifications in relevant field deemed equivalent by the government of Malaysia with minimum PNGK of 3.00 or average marks of 80% and
