| The course of Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, also known?as BKC, was?initiated in 2002 and approved by Ministry of Higher Learning on March 19th, 2002. This four-year programme offers 130 credits to be taken and completed. This programme is not only developed to provide students with?the knowledge of chemical engineering, but also to expose ?the students to the foreign language, entrepreneurship and humanity areas.?The first intake of BKC consists of 58 students and enrolled for the 2002/2003 academic session. Until now, the programme has successfully produced? more than 600 graduates. The BKC course is accredited by Engineering Accrediation Council (EAC)?and?underwent its first?accreditation?audit in 2006.? |
